Booth Info

 

To ensure a visually appealing market experience, we encourage vendors to style their booths creatively. Unique and inviting displays are highly valued. Please note that at least one booth representative must be present at your booth at all times. If you require relief for breaks or meals, please bring an additional staff member. 

Both indoor and outdoor spaces are available. Outdoor vendors are responsible for providing their own tents or trailers with closable sides. Due to limited outdoor space, indoor booths are highly recommended. All outdoor booths will be situated on a closed-off street.

Please be aware that shared booths are not permitted without prior approval from Venue304.

To maximize your chances of being selected as a vendor, we aim to maintain a diverse range of vendors in each category. Given the high demand for booth spaces, we recommend applying early.


Pricing & Payment

Prices below are per weekend. Discounted 2 weekend pricing available - details after application is submitted.

Early Bird Special (Before April 18th):

10X10: $75 | 10x20: $125 | 10x30: $150

Food Trucks: $75

Standard Pricing (After April 18th):

10X10: $100 | 10x20: $150 | 10x30: $175

Food Trucks: $100

Payment Information:

Upon vendor approval, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booth space. All payments are non-refundable. 

Amenities:

  • Free Electricity & Wifi: Enjoy complimentary electricity and wifi at your booth. Please note there is no electricity or wifi for outdoor booths.

  • Table & Upgrade Options: Each booth comes with one 8-foot table. Upgrade to a larger booth to accommodate additional tables. Please request any additional table needs by June 6th.


Details

Set up: Vendor set up will be available from 2pm - 9pm on June 19th and 7am - 9am on June 20th. We prefer that all booths are 100% set up the night before opening day.  Vehicles must be removed from the premises and relocated to the vendor parking area no later than 30 minutes before the show each day. Vendor parking is south of the venue, across the street from Sherwin Williams.

Tear down: Vendors may not start breaking down their booth prior to the close of the market. If we see any vendor obviously tearing down their booth before closing time, they will NOT be invited back for future markets. This is a very important rule and must be followed - as it is only fair to our customers and all of the other vendors. Vehicles will be allowed on the property for load out AFTER closing only. No vehicles may be brought forward before the event closes.

Insurance: One-day liability insurance policies are usually available through an existing Homeowners or Business insurance policy for a very low cost. We encourage each vendor to obtain a policy that provides coverage for their booth space. Cowboy Collective, Venue304, and Hirschfeld’s Companies are NOT responsible for any damage and/or injury that takes place within your booth space. Please keep all aisles clear and safe.
